山登りと聞くとちょっとハードルが高いって人は多いかもしれません。
所属してる山岳会では「頂上をめざさない」山登りをすることもたまにあります。頂上にいかず寄り道をして帰るだけだったり、寒かったら下山して温泉に入ったり。それでも山に行った時間は各々の心にいろんな輝きを残してくれる。どう山を楽しむかは自分次第なのです。
今回の講座では山ビギナーが気になる必要な道具や山の服、山のごはん事情などもおさえつつ、ゆる登山のススメ。
そして少しづつ実践し始めた親子での山の楽しみ方の話も交えてお話したいと思います。

How to enjoy climbing mountains

This is a workshop for mothers and fathers who want to enjoy mountain climbing with their children.

The word “mountain climbing” may sound a bit difficult to some people.
But you don’t necessarily have to aim for the top. You can take a detour without going to the top, or if it is cold, you can go back down and take a hot spring bath.
Nevertheless, the time spent in the mountains will leave a glow in your heart.
How you enjoy the mountains is up to you.

This time, we will introduce some tips for beginners on how to enjoy mountain climbing at your own pace, including mountaineering equipment, clothing, and food in the mountains. I would also like to talk about how parents and children can enjoy the mountains together.
